In Therapy, my focus has been on Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit, Life Transitions (moving, divorce, loss, job change, etc.), Relationships/Couple's Therapy, Co-Dependency, Self-Esteem and Boundaries; as well as many other hindrances that inhibit us from enjoying life.
My goal is to assist individuals in feeling free to explore their path in a non-judgmental and safe environment. The key to your happiness is within and we will work together to find it. I believe in taking an inclusive approach to therapy, while considering an individual's health, sleep patterns, relationship dynamics, thought processes, spirituality/religion, prior or new diagnoses, etc. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Techniques and Solution Focused Therapy; along with other tools that may move an individual closer to their goals. Life is too short to spend your days worrying or playing catch up. Today is a gift, that is why it is called the present. Let us work together to find your peace.
