Shannon Lombardi

Whether you have gone through a traumatic experience, are dealing with unmanageable depression, anxiety, grief or need an unbiased perspective, I believe that healing starts from within. It is my goal to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment to begin the healing process and help you live a fuller happier life. Together, we will work on seeking effective relief from your daily stressors.

By incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with other necessary tools and techniques, we can work together on changing negative thoughts, feelings and self-destructive behaviors. I will strive to provide a safe, calm and therapeutic environment to help you uncover undesirable patterns and begin to develop more desirable ones that feed your mind and soul alike. You do not have to go through the healing process alone!

Making the decision to attend counseling is one of the most beneficial decisions you will make for yourself, and I am happy to help you uncover the tools you already have in order to help you gain peace, positivity and confidence as you navigate this process.
