Tiffany Grey, BS


Tiffany Grey works with a variety of challenges to include relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, body-image, life transitions, parenting/co-parenting, trauma, attachment issues and more. Tiffany uses a collaborative approach in counseling, which incorporates different counseling modalities to meet client needs.

Tiffany’s clinical experience includes working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages. Tiffany has experience working with clients in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community mental health agencies, legal settings, and has extensive social work experience working with children and families in crisis situations. Tiffany primarily works with couples in couples counseling, but also works with individuals.

Tiffany utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness techniques when appropriate in sessions. Tiffany views the struggles clients experience through a trauma-informed lens and, when appropriate, implements attachment-based approaches and interventions.


Tiffany has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology through the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Tiffany is currently a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern through Hodges University, and in the end stages of obtaining her master’s degree. She is under the direct clinical supervision of Janean Byrne who is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida #MH15525. Tiffany is also a certified Case Manager in the state of Florida.
