It’s easy to become complacent in our daily routines and roles that we fill. I talk to so many clients who have colorful goals and aspirations, but lack the motivation to achieve them. My background in mental health allows me to truly understand the way that the mind works in the areas of motivation, developing routines, mindfulness and balance.
Life experience as a mother of a 20-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl, a wife of 15 years and having to work my way from poverty as a child to owning my own business as an adult, has given me the ability to relate to my clients. The biggest “ah ha” moments in my life were coming to the realization that I can be mindful (I can actually decide to focus on and enjoy things that make me happy!); and I can create my own reality because my undesirable concerns and worries are rooted in my own thinking. I have been through it and I love to inspire others to have their own “ah ha” moments. It can be done! I have seen it time and time again and I love it! I have a passion to walk with others through this transformation!
