Janean Bromley is in network with Lee Health Employee Insurance (WebTPA, Florida BCBS), Aetna and Quest only. All Others are out of network and require self-pay.

Cancellation Policy 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full appointment fee.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT USING INSURANCE**

Insurance companies require that treatment be "medically necessary." This means that you will have to qualify and be given a psychiatric diagnosis that is placed on a client's permanent record, along with confidential notes. In this case, your confidential information has to be shared. 

Out of Network

We are an out of network provider for some insurance companies. This means that you can submit receipt of service to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will pay regular agreed upon fees at the time of service. It is up to your insurance company to decide whether they will reimburse or not, often times they will. In this case there may also be a requirement for diagnosis or sharing of confidential information. If you plan to do this, you will need to call your insurance company and ask them if they will "reimburse for an out of network provider." Please let us know when scheduling your appointment.
